Glass Reconditioners is the ‘mother’ company, our Glass Rejuvenators division specializes in doing windshield repairs for non-commercial vehicles and is a preferred service provider to most insurance companies and networks in the United States.
We have the ability to directly bill your insurance company through their third-party network providers. If you have ‘full coverage’ insurance, most insurance companies will waive your deductible – and pay for the repair. In this case, there will be no out-of-pocket costs to you.
You have the right to choose any windshield repair company of your liking to repair the stone chip damage in your windshield. If you would like Glass Rejuvenators to repair your damaged windshield, give us a call directly and we will initiate a three-way phone call with your insurance company. Doing this prevents potential steering from networks.
Steering is an illegal practice where some networks and insurance companies show preference towards certain windshield repair/replacement companies with whom they are financially affiliated. To prevent this conflict of interest and to ensure that we will be able to service you, we recommend for us to be available and on the phone during the claim process.
